This is one of my favourite smoothie recipe for a fresh start in the morning or great afternoon refreshment with your favourite rum. You can easily change the recipe with your fruits or vegetables
3/4 cup apple juice
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1 1/2 cup frozen berries
3/4 cup Greek yoghurt Or 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
1 tablespoon honey.
Place all your ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve
