Best Milky Pudding recipe

For years, I have been baking and cooking desserts for others. When it is time to making dessert for my self, a thick, milky pudding with a sprinkle of cinnamon will be a perfect option for any time of the day and any day of the week.
I believe it’s one of the most delicious desserts in the universe. If you ever had a chance to taste it, you can never stop eating it till you finish the whole thing.
This simple recipe takes no time to make and good to have warm or cold!

INGREDIENTS 1 Cup:200ml 1 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon plus 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 1/2 cups whole milk
2 cups half-and-half
2 tablespoons of rice flour
3 Tablespoon of cornstarch
Pinch of salt
The ground cinnamon, for sprinkling (optional)

METHOD
Combine the 3 cups of milk and the cup of sugar in a large, heavy-bottomed saucepan, bring the mixture to a boil over high heat; this will take several minutes.
Whisk together the rice flour, cornstarch and the remaining 1/2 cup of milk.
Once the milk mixture in the saucepan is rising to a boil, mix the cornstarch and rice flour mix slowly in the boiling milk mixture.

The mixture will soon thicken to form a soft pudding. Keep whisking; reduce the heat to low, cooking for 5 minutes to ensure that the consistency is lump-free. Turn off the heat.


Pour pudding into the bowl, sprinkle with much as cinnamon you like.
Your pudding is ready to eat.
