A simple breaded chicken recipe that the whole family can enjoy.
Crispy but tender, flavourful chicken, serve simply with anything you desire for a fantastic everyday dinner or for best parties everyone will love.
Ingredients
1 cup: 200ml
- 2 large chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 cup plain Panko bread crumbs
- ½ teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoons cracked black pepper
- 1 cup sunflower oil
Preparation
- Set out three bowls, place the flour in the first bowl
- Then the eggs in the second bowl with salt and pepper, mix well,
- And the panko bread crumbs in the third.
- Lay the chicken breasts in the flour-coated well, dip into the egg mix, cover with egg wash then dip into panko bread crumbs and make sure to cover every bit of your chicken with the bread crumbs
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add the oil
- When the pan is nice and hot add 2 or 3 chicken cutlets to the hot oil and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy. If the bread crumbs are browning too quickly, you can turn the heat down.
- Repeat with the remaining cutlets, and enjoy with your love ones
